Bihar Public Service Commission invites application for the posts of Assistant Professors  in Engineering Colleges under Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt. of Bihar.

    Assistant Professors: 408 Posts
    Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade Pay : Rs.6000/-

Educational Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech. and M.E/ M.Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E / B.Tech. or M.E / M.Tech OR Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or and equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
  
Age Limit : Minimum age  22 years (as on 01.08.2014)

Application Fee : For SC/ST of Bihar : Rs. 150/- All Other Category : Rs.425/-

How to Apply : Candidates may submit their application in prescribed format affixed with self attested photograph, along with self attested copies of age, caste, educational qualification certificates, copy of challan and two self addressed envelopes (16 x 10 cm) affixed with postal stamps, etc.,enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the Name of the Post Applying for & Advertisement Number send by Speed Post/ Registered post to The Controller of Examination, Dy. Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, 15, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg (Belly Road), Patna-800001 on or before 23.09.2014.
