Educational Requirements
Superior academic record at all levels from high school onwards.
For Engineering disciplines: First class in BE/B.Tech./B.Arch. or equivalent and in
ME/M.Tech./M.Arch. or equivalent with PhD in relevant discipline. B. Tech. with direct Ph.D. may
also be considered.
For Non-Engineering disciplines: Ph.D. degree with first class degree at UG & PG level.
Candidates from Industry (or comparable organisations) without Ph.D. degree: Such candidates
may be considered for recruitment as Assistant Professor, if he/she has substantial professional and
R&D experience supported with good number of publications in leading journals of the field, the
candidate being the lead author.
Pay: Pay Band 3 Rs.15600-39100/- with AGP Rs. 6000/7000/8000
