QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
For Post Code XS001 to XS007 : IAF Diploma or Diploma in Engineering (Fulltime regular) or its equivalent.
For Post Code XS008: PUC/ Inter (Fulltime regular) or equivalent with Proficiency certificate in PC Operation (Minimum 3 Months).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
For Post Code XS001 to XS007 Minimum 5 years of working experience on Russian Aircrafts after acquiring the Diploma Qualification. Out of 5 years Experience, Candidates should have at least worked for one year on SU-30 Aircraft.
For Post Code XS008 Minimum 5 years of working experience in MET (Meteorology) in IAF / Indian Navy
REMUNERATION
Ex-Servicemen technicians engaged on contract basis will be paid consolidated emoluments (Basic+DA) based on their post qualification experience, the minimum of the induction level would be as follows:
For Post Code XS001 to XS007 Consolidated Pay of Rs. 17430 /- p.m. inclusive of Basic Pay+ D.A. (at the minimum of the pay scale in Scale 6).
For Post Code XS008 Consolidated Pay of Rs. 15550 /- p.m. inclusive of Basic Pay+ D.A. (at the minimum of the pay scale in Scale 4 ).
In addition to the above, leave, medical facilities, conveyance reimbursement, canteen allowance, PF and Gratuity, Group Insurance etc. will be admissible as per rules.
AGE LIMIT /RELAXATION / CONCESSION
Age limit as on 31.07.2014 is 28 years, however Ex-Serviceman who has put not less than six months continuous service in the Armed forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post or service for which he seeks appointment / employment by more than 3 years, he is deemed to satisfy the condition regarding the age limit.
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates.
APPLICATION FEE
An Application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Payable at State Bank of India, Ojhar Township (SBI Branch Code : 1196), which is non-refundable is to be submitted along with the application form. Candidates belonging to Schedule Castes / Schedule Tribes / Persons With Disabilities are exempted from paying the application fee.
HOW TO APPLY
Candidates wishing to apply for these posts, have to apply strictly in the prescribed application format given neatly typed and send by ordinary post to HR Department, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Post Box No: 23, HAL Ojhar Township Post Office, Niphad (Tal), Nashik -4222 07. The candidates should send the application along with all relevant certificates/testimonials such as educational qualifications, date of birth. Caste certificate, recent non-creamy layer certificate in Central Govt. format in case of OBC (Candidates should possess a valid Non-creamy certificate not older than 06 months), experience certificate on the letter head of the company, in an envelope super scribing “Application for the post of ______________and with the post code No._____ (failing which the applications will be out rightly rejected). The filled in applications should reach on or before 20.08.2014. Applications received after 20.08.2014 will not be considered.
