Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Recruitment of Cabin Safety Inspector and Dangerous Goods Inspector

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals to fill up the following posts on ad  hoc basis on contract initially for a period of three years as detailed below:

i. Cabin Safety Inspector in the fixed remuneration as per the  recommendations of the Selection Committee [Rs.50,000 (approx) per  month].
Qualification:
 (i) Should have  passed Higher  Secondary (10+2) of a  Central or State  Board.
(ii) Should be a DGCA  approved Safety and  Emergency  Procedures Instructor  on type of aircraft  being operated by the  airline.
(iii) Should have five  years experience as  Cabin Crew Instructor  out of which minimum  three years  experience as Cabin  Safety and  Emergency Procedure  Instructor.
Age Limits : 40 Years

ii. Dangerous Goods Inspector in the fixed remuneration as per the  recommendations of the Selection Committee [Rs.50,000 (approx) per  month].
Qualification:
(i) Should have  Degree in Chemistry  or Physics or Degree  in Electronics from a recognized University.  
(ii) Two years  experience as  Dangerous Goods  Inspector of a training  organization approved  by Directorate  General of Civil  Aviation.
(iii) Two years  experience in  handling of air cargo.
Age Limits : 40 Years
