Walk-In-Interview

In order to strengthen the faculty position for P.G. courses a Walk-In-Interview will be held on 11th September 2014 from 12:00 Noon onwards, in the Office of The SECRETARY, MEDICAL EDUCATION, GOVT. OF UTTARAKHAND, the Secretariat, Subash Road, Dehradun  (Uttarakhand). The appointments will be made on the contractual basis, initially for 02 years which can  be extended upto 03 years. The vacancy position in various departments is as given below:-

(1) Professor :- Biochemistry (M.D) - 01, E.N.T. - 01, Forensic Medicine-01
(2) Associate Professor :- Forensic Medicine - 01, Skin & V.D. - 01, Psychiatry - 01, Anesthesiology-01
(3) Assistant Professor :- Anatomy-01, Forensic Medicine-01, Community Medicine -01, T.B. Chest- 01, Skin & V.D.-01, Surgery (Urology) -01, Radiodiagnosis -02,  Anesthesiology-02, Surgery (Neuro Surgery)-01, Obst. & Gyane-02,  Psychiatry - 01, Orthopaedics-01
(4) Lecturer in Statistics (Community Medicine) : - 01
(5) Medical Physicist : - 03

Emoluments per month (Likely to be revised soon) :-
(a) Professor :- Rs. 1,05,000/-p.m. fixed
(b) Associate Professor :- Rs. 85,000/-p.m. fixed
(c) Assistant Professor :- Rs. 48,000/-p.m. fixed
(d) Lecturer in Statistics (Community Medicine) :- Rs. 35,308/- p.m. fixed
(e) Medical Physicist :- Rs. 35,308/- p.m. fixed

Age & Qualification:- (i) For Faculty and Lecturer in Statistics (Community Medicine) As per
MCI norms
(ii) Medical Physicist:- M.Sc. (Physics) from recognised University with a post M.Sc. Diploma in
Radiological/Medical Physics or its equivalent from BARC/AERB recognized Institute
or
M.Sc. in Medical Radiation Physics from recognized University or its equivalent from BARC/AERB
recognized Insititution. Candidates having experience in the respective discipline/subject will be
preferred
