Online applications are invited from the candidates willing to work in mission mode for engagement on Contractual Basis for the following posts under National Health Mission (NHM), Assam. 1. State Programme Manager: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 32,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management from a Govt. recognized institute/ university.
b. Experience in working for reforms in health systems and management of change in health sector.
c. Computer Proficiency: MS office.
d. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
e. Demonstration ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
f. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria
Age: Up to 55 years

2. Consultant: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 32,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Paediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
b. Computer Proficiency: MS Office.
c. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
d. Demonstration ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
e. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria.
Age: Up to 55 years

3. State Media Expert: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 32,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. M.A./ M.Sc. in Mass Communication from Govt. recognized institute.
b. Experience in Organizing Advanced Television Production, Print Media and Public Relations which include reporting editing and designing/ TV
Programme/ Radio programme in local dialects.
c. Experience in managing Public Relations Campaign/ Television Journalism/Multi Camera Production/Research project on Development Communication.
d. Experience in preparation of pamphlets in local scripts, developing IEC Materials, Campaign specific for different client group e.g. pregnant women, Eligible Couple, Adolescent health.
e. Computer proficiency: MS Office.
f. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in Assamese,
English & Hindi & Bengali.
Age: Up to 45 years

4. Urban Health Consultant: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 32,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute.
b. Experience in working for reform health systems and management of change in health sector.

5. Programme Executive: 02 Posts
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 27,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management or Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute.
b. Computer proficiency: MS Office.
c. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.

6. District Programme Manager: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 25,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management/Rural Management/Social Work/Rural Development from Govt. recognized institue. Persons having added qualification such as diploma/certificate in Public Health/Health Programme Management/Hospital administration or related areas will be preferred.
b. Computer proficiency: MS Office.
c. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.

7. District Accounts Manager: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 20,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent from Govt. recognized institute.
b. Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms.
c. Computer proficiency: MS Office.
d. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.

8. District Data Manager: 01 Post
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 20,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
• Master in Computer Application from Govt. recognized institute.
• Ability to compile & Analysis of various health related reports
• Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS word, excel, power point.
• Ability/willingness to travel to different part of district as per needs of the organization.

9. Dietician: 08 Posts
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 16,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. B.Sc in Home Science with Food & Nutrition as special subject or Post Graduate in Food & Nutrition from Govt. recognized institute.
b. Candidates having experience in community nutrition activities will be given preference.

10. Block Accounts Manager: 04 Posts
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 15,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
a. M.Com from Govt. recognized institute.
b. Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms.
c. Computer proficiency: MS Office.
d. Working experience in Tally accounting package.

11. Staff Nurse: 79 Posts
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 14,500/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
• B. Sc. Nursing/ GNM Course passed from Govt. recognized institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.

12. ANM: 35 Posts
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs. 13,000/-
Requisite Qualification/ Eligibility
• ANM nursing course passed from Govt. recognized institution and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.
